Early bird rates (on or before 31 October):

Having an early bird greatly helps us plan for catering and rooms, so please register early. In-person attendance includes lunch and morning/afternoon tea.

Full rates (from 1 November):

Payment and registration

You can register and pay using Humantix here.

If you are in financial difficulties but would still like to attend in-person, then please email the AIMOS president (aimos.inc@gmail.com) with a brief outline of your circumstances. We can provide a letter of support to show to your employer/institution.

Paying for conference attendance means that you'll automatically be an AIMOS member for one year.

You'll be sent a confirmation email once the payment has been processed.

Related events

These two related events have registrations that are separate to the conference registration:

  1. There will be a research prioritisation exercise the day before the AIMOS conference on Monday 18 November. This is to answer the question: What questions about research funding would you like to see answered by research? This is free to attend, but please register here.
  2. The plenary lecture by Barbara O'Brien at the Shine Dome is open to people not attending the conference. If you're coming to AIMOS, then you'll be automatically registered for this. However, if you're not coming to AIMOS but want to come in person you can register separately for Barbara's lecture here. This plenary will not be available online.

Refunds

Refunds are available up to 1 day prior to the event.

Virtual attendance

You can attend the conference online via Zoom for free. Please register here.
